This website, our ads, our emails and text messages, the free trainings, the strategy calls, and the Her Tech Academy program. Read them before you enroll. I would much rather you know exactly what we are and are not promising than find out afterwards.
We teach a skill set and a way to position yourself for a specific kind of role, and we work with partner agencies that hire for those roles to help our students get placed. Final hiring decisions are made by employers, using their own criteria, their own budgets, and their own timing.
What happens after the program depends on things we do not control:
Placement support means our team and our partner agencies work on your resume, your applications, your interview preparation, and your introductions to companies that are hiring. That is real help with the work of getting hired. It is not a promise of a specific role, a specific salary, or a specific timeline, because those depend on you and on the employer.
The salary ranges we quote come from published market data for AI Project Manager and closely related roles, drawn from sources such as Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and Indeed as published in 2026.
A few things you should understand about that number:
We quote market data because you deserve to know what these roles pay before you spend money on training for them. We are not telling you what you will earn. Check current sources yourself, and treat our number as a starting point for your own research.
The testimonials on our pages are real. Real students, their own words, their own experience of the program.
They are not typical results, they are not an average, and they are not a promise that the same thing will happen for you. One woman's outcome tells you what was possible for her, with her background, her effort, and her market. It does not tell you what will happen for you.
We do not pay for testimonials and we do not offer anything in exchange for them. We may shorten one so it fits on a page, and we never edit one in a way that changes what the person meant. Names are used with permission.
This is a six month program. There are modules to work through, weekly cohort calls to show up for, and work to do between them. Nobody can do that part for you.
This works for the women who do the work. That is not a warning, it is just the truth about every education product that has ever existed. Buying it changes nothing. Doing it does.
If you enroll and never open the material, that is not something a refund policy or a guarantee can fix for you after the 7 day window has closed. Please be honest with yourself about your capacity before you enroll. If the timing is wrong, the program will still be here.
When we say that AI is opening up a new category of remote roles, or that the window for getting into them is roughly the next twelve to eighteen months, that is our read of where things are heading. It is an opinion and a forecast, not a fact about the future.
Nobody knows what the hiring market looks like in two years. Titles harden, tools change, budgets move, hiring speeds up and slows down. Treat every forward-looking statement we make as our best judgment based on what we can see today, and make your own decision on top of it.
